ON WORLD HEMOPHILIA DAY GALENIKA DONATED TOYS FOR CHILDREN AT “INSTITUTE FOR MOTHER AND CHILD HEALTH CARE”
Galenika pharmaceutical company marked the World Hemophilia Day by spending time with children being treated at the Institute for Mother and Child Health Care “Dr Vukan Cupic”. Galenika donated toys to children who are on the Hemato-Oncology Department.
“Having in mind that this is a congenital and incurable condition affecting the youngest ones as well, we wanted to be here today to show to them that we care and that they are not alone in the life struggle ahead of them” – said Bojana Jankovic, PR Manager of Galenika.
Hemophilia is a congenital disease, where people having it have one blood clotting factor missing. There are about 70 children affected by this disease at the Institute for Mother and Child Health Care.
